TANGLEWOOD DAY TRIP: A FOOD, WINE & MUSIC SENSORY FEAST

This event provides a sensory feast of beautiful music, a peaceful setting, tremendous wines and food and an opportunity to socialize with other attendees.

Our day begins early with a 7:30 AM departure from outside of Grand Central. We arrive at Tanglewood at 10:30 to see/hear the Boston Symphony Orchestra rehearse a program of Mozart and Haydn with Emanuel Ax as the piano soloist. At around noon we walk over to the 5th annual Tanglewood Wine & Food Classic Grand Tasting which features some of the top wineries from all over the world as well as from local growers. You will be able to pair the wines with food from some of the top chefs from the Berkshires, New York and Boston.

Fully sated, we hop back on the bus at 4, with an arrival in New York at around 7-7:30 PM.

The price for this package (chartered bus, rehearsal ticket, Wine & Food Classic ticket) is $225.

Sign Up: This trip is co-managed by the Wine Taster's Guild of New York.
