4 Bedroom Summer Share House in Seaview, Fire Island
Our lovely contemporary home is located on a quiet, tree lined block in Seaview, on the border of Ocean Beach in Fire Island. The house is located within a 2 minute walk to the Seaview market and the Seaview Ferry Terminal. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Ocean Beach Ferry Terminal in the town center. Ocean Beach is filled with bars, nightclubs, restaurants serving an array of delicious fresh food, a movie theatre showing nightly movies, the town shops, boutiques, food markets, post office as well as a spa offering massage services and yoga/fitness classes available through the community center. Also nearby are tennis courts and bike and kayak rental stores.
The house has 4 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and private bathroom and three other rooms with two beds in each. There is also room in the living room to sleep 2 more guests. The house can accommodate 10 guests comfortably with 2 full indoor bathrooms. The living room has high ceilings and large windows, providing for an airy, light-filled space with ceiling fans for cooling. There is also a separate glassed-in dining room to enjoy indoor meals, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill for delicious BBQs. This fully furnished house comes with all basic amenities such as linens, beach and bath towels. Direct TV and high speed DSL Internet Wi Fi are included in the cost.
The outdoor area of the house is stunning with a spacious, beautiful, west facing deck which wraps around two sides of the house with an array of comfortable and light furniture, deck chairs, chaise and umbrella's for those who like shade. Meals can also be eaten at the glass dining table on the back deck. Best of all there is an outdoor, open air shower for post-beach use. The beach is a 5 minute walk at the opposite end of our street.

Individual Weekends (Friday - Sunday) for $300
Quarter Share (4 weekends) for $1500.00
Half Share (8 weekends) for $2500.00
Mid Week (every 2nd week (Monday to Friday) for $2300
5 Day Full House Rental from Monday to Friday for $2500.00
7 Day Full House Rental from Monday to Sunday is $3000.00
